I was replacing old garage doors at a weekend house. 24H Garage Doors people were very responsive and very fair. I almost went with a big-box hardware store but they were slow and I was left on hold too often. The 24H guys went right to my house and measured, called me back with a quote, then got to work. I didn't even need to be on location while they worked, other than to check in very briefly. Very good experience. Would recommend these guys to others looking for garage door work.

My garage door broke down and the car was stuck inside. 24H Garage Door came in and replaced with a new quality door and motors same day. The service was completed on time, with quality, and it was reasonably priced for a same day service. I will recommend them to my friends.

It was pleasant to work with Jacob and his crew members. I had both two garage doors repair as well as my garage door openers for each side. The prices are reasonable and the team was professional in their jobs. Easy to make appointments, I just gave them a called and they came stright to my house the next day. Excellent service-thank you!

We had called Jacob for a malfunctioning garage door opener. Since the openers were 15+ years old, we decided to get new ones installed for both garage doors. He arrived at the promised time, we worked out the details of the work order and they arrived the next day in the morning to complete the work. John did a very clean and organized job of installing the door openers . If was a pleasure to interact with both John and Jacob.
They are the ones I will call in the future for any needs, and will happily recommend them to friends.

Jason did a excellent job! I. Felt comfortable asking him any questions about the up keeping of my garage door he was very friendly and had great work ethics the cost was a bit high but its worth it. Now i can park in my garage.I recommended this place 100%

Barry and AK showed up on time and were both very friendly and knowledgeable about my door opener and why is wasn't functioning right. They pointed out some safety issues regarding the opener and not trying to reset it or fix it myself since the chain could break and become a dangerous situation. Although it was a little more expensive than I thought to reset the opener they did give me peace of mind knowing that it's fixed and working properly. They were professional and able to correct the problem immediately:) I would def recommend them to friends and family.

Very Pricey! $160 an hour for Labor and $360 to replace 2 springs! $520 Total. I Had an apointment on Friday, it was canceled at the Last minute, rescheduled to Sunday. When they came out they quoted me a price of $520. It seemed like an awful lot of money but I needed to open the garage door and I felt obligated to agree since they were already there. They NEVER sent me a out a quote before arriving and I had to call them to request a work order which they never sent to my email until I contacted them2 days after the job. I called to question why it seemed so expansive and I was told because of the travel and high quality parts they use that's why it is more expensive. They charged me $360 for two springs and $160 for an hours worth of labor. They did offer me a 2 year warranty. The job was done correctly and quickly,ant the guys who came out were friendly and professional however I feel like I was charged an exorbitant amount of money for the job I had done. I would recommend shopping around before hiring this company.

The 24 hour service was quick and easy. The removal of my old garage door and installation of my new garage door could not have been any more professional. The products/service/and technicians skills were top rated.

I had a cheap garage door that was falling apart. Called 24H Garage Doors in New Haven for estimate to repair or replace. They were very accommodating with meeting me after work. The technician Barry was great. He gave me my options with fixing or replacing. He did not push one way or another. I chose to replace. Barry ordered the door and again accommodated my work schedule by doing the install on a Sunday. Barry completed the job within 2 hours. He hauled away the old door and cleaned up after the work was done. I am very happy with the new door and the work performed by Barry.

If I could give more stars, I would. I truly cannot recall a time where I have gotten better or friendlier service. We needed a new garage door and I had been shopping around when I saw their truck and gave them a call. Barry came out that very day, gave me a quote on the spot and scheduled the install for later that same day! There were some issues having to do with our garage that came up during the install that complicated the project a bit. 24H Garage came back over the next 2 days to make sure that everything looked beautiful and worked perfectly.
They 100% honored their original estimate and remained eagerly service oriented throughout. Not only did I get the best price, but the door looks fantastic! From the office staff, to the install folks, every single touchpoint was easy and quite frankly, fun. When is the last time you had that experience with a contractor??? I can honestly say I would recommend these guys to absolutely anyone.

After an initial mix up with the appointment from the 24H garage door office, the technician named Barry arrived. He was awesome! Very knowledgeable and very friendly. He quickly fixed the problem and shared stories while he worked.
I will have him back to service my garage doors in the future.

Today I needed the services of a garage door company and I called 24-hour service from New Haven. Barry was the technician who came out at 3pm the same day. They were very timely, very professional, and very pleasant and I really appreciated that and I would have them come out if needed again and again. Called 24H Garage Doors on a Friday morning about a residential garage door that was broken. They were able to send someone out in less than 2 hours. Barry provided details on all my options from repair to replacement given the door is very old. He completed the repair in a timely manner and was very professional. The door now works better than before it was broken. I highly recommend 24H Garage Doors.

Called for a quote they gave us a round about estimate came out that day with the motor we wanted gave us a solid quote and did the job 110% would recommend this company.. great prices, extremely fast service, courteous and respectful they will be installing my new doors for my motors as well!

Jacob did a good job at a good price. I would recommend him to anyone. Last year I hired Reliable Garage Doors, paid him more than half of the large amount of money he requested. He never did even half the work. 24H Garage Doors is great.

One of their technicians, Miguel, came out in a snow storm when we needed their help on a Sunday. That was the first impressive customer service we received from 24H Garage Doors.
When they realized they would have to come back a second time, the owner, Jacob, came and did the job himself since no other tech was available the night they promised us. Also very impressive to us.
He provided fast service, cleaned up well and helped us very much with recommendations and options. We highly recommend them, they made us feel like a valued customer and we plan to use them again.

Our technician (Barry) was truly helpful and very knowledgeable. He didn’t try to upsale us which is always appreciated. He quickly diagnosed the issue we were having with our overhead and within a couple of hours, fixed the problem. He took us step by step going over everything that he was going to do and did a few things extra so that the issue doesn’t arise in the future. I highly recommend this 24H. Barry was honest and upfront on the cost. Overall great experience!

Jacob was so professional. Came over within 90 minutes of my initial call. He knew exactly what was going on with the garage doors. He was honest about what did or did not need replacing. He and his partner worked quickly and efficiently. They were both extremely nice. My garage doors went from loud and clunky to quiet and smooth. It's like they're new!
